MANHATTAN: 5th Ave. HISPANIC HERITAGE DAY PARADE 2013
In the United States, Azul has been invited to represent Tango as an important aspect of Argentine culture in major fundraising events including events planned by the UDEA, Saint Peter’s Church of Manhattan, and the Children’s India Project.
She was also chosen to participate in the Hispanic Heritage Day Parade on 5th Avenue in Manhattan representing Argentina. Azul and Ruben danced tango on special carriage that toured more than 20 blocks through the city of New York against the million spectators who attended the event!
